“Hiring 100,000 young people not currently in education, employment, or training is an amazing, ambitious commitment from leading national businesses in the hospitality industry. For even more of our region’s young people,it will offer a vital first step into the world of work.

“The hospitality industry is a huge part of life here in in the West Country, including many well-loved local independent businesses, and it’s a big part of the everyday economy that makes up more than half of all the jobsin our region.

“As the West of England works to become the first NEET Zero region in the country, these new opportunities will be another welcome boost and help more young people to discover their full potential.”
