Welcome to the first editorial contribution for the Radstock Times, a new
local online news source that aims to keep you – the reader – informed
and updated about what’s happening in our community.
This Radstock Times is run by a dedicated team of local writers,
campaigners and content creators, who are passionate about bringing
you news, stories, and comment about things which matter to you. All
from the heart of our community.
If there was ever a time for a trusted local news source, now is it. With
local newspapers being read less, and the public being misinformed by
inaccurate content on social media, the team here at the Radstock
Times want to provide a trusted and reliable online news alternative.
Over the coming months, you’ll see this website evolve and develop –
and most importantly it’ll become populated with local news stories and
information that is of interest to you.
As well as serving the community of Radstock, the Radstock Times aims
to keep you updated with news and events from Midsomer Norton,
Paulton, Peasedown St John, Westfield, Timsbury and the surrounding
towns and villages. We’ll also publish news stories from further afield if
they’re relevant to our community.
